Hutan simpan Bukit Gasing terletak di sempadan kawasan
Petaling Jaya dan Wilayah Kuala Lumpur. Hutan Bukit Gasing dengan
kawasan seluas 36 hektar telah diwartakan sebagai hutan simpan pada
9 November 1961 melalui ‘Gazette Notification’ 807-61. Selain itu,
Bukit Gasing juga terkenal sebagai tempat penyelidikan terhadap
flora dan fauna seperti serangga 1992.
Bukit Gasing forest reserve is located on the border of Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur Territory. Bukit Gasing Forest with an area of 36 hectares was gazetted as a forest reserve on 9 November 1961 through ‘Gazette Notification’ 807-61. Apart from that, Bukit Gasing is also known as a place of research on flora and fauna such as 1992 insects.
